Custom Baby Shower Die-Cut Bottle Invitation and Thank you

Gender Neutral Baby Shower

In life there are very few surprises left and while this couple knew the gender of their baby, they wanted to keep it a surprise.  As a result, we wanted to come up with an idea that still was very much in the baby shower realm, but also gave nothing away.  Lately I have been experimenting with more die-cutting and when Kelly came up with a bottle theme I knew a cut-out would be perfect.  At the very last minute I decided to make the yellow layer really stand and pop out by adding a ribbon. I really like how the invite and thank you cards turned out.

Custom Die-Cut Diaper Photo Birth Announcment and Cupcake Toppers

Did I not just say that I am falling in love with die-cuts?

When it came to announce my own daughter's birth announcement, I wanted to really challenge myself and decided to make my own diaper die-cuts.  It was something that change made a typical birth announcement be unique and I used the same design on the outside of the diaper for my thank you cards.  We also had many visitors when our little first arrived, so I also made coordinating cupcake toppers because who doesn't love dessert?  All of it was really a great way to announce and celebrate the birth of our daughter.

Champagne, Steel Grey and Diamond Coordinating Wedding Stationery

Often times people will seek me out because they have fallen in love with an invitation, ordered it, but then they can't find anything else that resembles it.  For this set, I took their invitation and created all of the coordinating pieces for their wedding.  When you can have all of your stationery pieces match, it really helps set the tone and theme for your special day.  So while not all companies offer that option, there are plenty of designers that can recreate it, like me and Sweet Pea Print.  Using their invitation as inspiration and also adding my own flair, I was able to create their menu cards, escort cards, thank you cards, and signs.  It turned out nicely for this couple that was worried they would not find anything to match their invitations.

Custom Yellow, Teal and White Bridal Shower Invitaitons and Stationery

It is always such a great compliment to not only work with brides for their invitations, but also when their bridesmaids come to me as well.  For this bride her colors were teal and yellow, but for her wedding the focus was teal and using yellow as a complementary color.  Therefore, for the shower we reversed the colors and highlighted the yellow and had subtle touches of teal.  Using a die-cut for the invitation of a wedding dress was a very cute and creative way to set the theme of the shower, and we even added some pattern to the dress.  It then just turned into being a shower of honoring the bride in her wedding dress.  This was carried over in the thank you cards, favor tags, cupcake toppers, and scratch-offs. What was new for me was doing scratch-offs.  The bridesmaids wanted an easy way to give out centerpieces and also make it fun because really who doesn't love doing lotto scratch-offs?  This is something I think all bridesmaids should at the shower because no one really knows of a good way to give them out, but do not want them to go to waste.  What I also like about this set was doing a mix of sizes for the cupcake toppers.

Cobalt Blue and Orange Custom Wedding Invitations

This couple used one of the big trends of skylines, but in a subtle way.  Their save the dates and favor tags each had the Buffalo skyline, but then really used to colors of cobolt blue and orange for their wedding invitations, escort cards, and table numbers.  While orange is the main focus and cobalt blue is the background color, at their wedding venue cobalt blue was the predominate color.  This sort of contrast really tied everything together nicely.  I particularly love how the ribbon on the invites and table numbers match the ribbon they used on their chair covers. Little details like that make a wedding go from ordinary to extraordinary

Custom Circus Themed Birthday Favor Tag and Thank you note

While I originally starting off focusing on weddings, as my brides or their friends have babies I have been lucky enough to be asked to continue their stationery needs.  What I love about doing with kid birthday parties is how creative each one is and really goes after bold colors.  For Joey's first birthday they had a whole circus theme that really made use of primary colors.  Having customized favor tags really gave the theme an extra little touch that many guests noticed at the party. I really like how this family also kept the same graphic and colors for the thank you not cards as well.
